Aerospace Speciality Products

Aerospace Speciality Products ("ASP") first took flight in the spring of 1995. Founded by long-time rocketeer and National Association of Rocketry (NAR) competitor Andy Jackson, the company's initial focus was on providing scale and competition kits. At the time the major companies weren't producing much in the way of scale kits, and likewise there wasn't a lot available then from small manufacturers either, so ASP was born to try and fill that niche.
 
Over the years the product line expanded to include kits for the educational market as well as sport kits "just for the fun of it". An extensive line of components, adhesives, building and finishing materials, engines and more has developed over the years to supply the hobbyist or educator with just about anything they need to get off the ground in the hobby of model rocketry.
 
Since its inception, Aerospace Speciality Products has been in business continuously under the same ownership, something only a handful of other speciality rocketry and hobby suppliers can say!
 
The tagline of "Kits YOU Build" goes to the heart of our philosophy that the more you put into a model, the more pride and enjoyment you get out of it!

Our kits are designed for the modeler who actually likes to build rockets, as opposed to just putting together a totally prefabricated kit. From the beginning modeler who needs to learn from a basic, easy-to-build kit, to the intermediate flier looking to step up into mid-power models, on up to the experienced hobbyist looking for a challenging scale model they can detail to their hearts content, we feel that Aerospace Speciality Products has something for everyone!
