Foam Backed Abrasive Products
All the items may be used wet or dry and are washable for reuse. When the grit becomes clogged with residue, the blocks may be brushed with a soft brush, rinsed under water, allowed to dry and then reused.
Foam blocks are easy to handle and control. The flexibility allows the foam to mold itself to the sanding surface. Some products have a range of equivalent grits - the more pressure you apply, the lower (or coarser) the grit . If the blocks are used wet, they will produce a finer cut.
