ROCKETRY ASSOCIATIONS

National Association of Rocketry (NAR)
The National Association of Rocketry (NAR) supports sport and competition flying of both model and high power rocketry. It holds an annual national competition (NARAM) and a national sport launch (NSL) along with other events. The NAR also sanctions local affiliated clubs ("Sections") and launches throughout the country. It provides insurance, publications, technical services as well as other membership benefits.

Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA)
The Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA) is mainly concerned with high power rocketry (although many of its' members fly rockets of all sizes). It hosts an annual national high power launch (LDRS). Like the NAR, Tripoli sanctions local affiliated clubs ("Prefects") and launches throughout the country. It also provides insurance, publications, and other membership benefits.

Canadian Association of Rocketry (CAR)
Similar to the NAR, Association canadienne de fuséologie is a volunteer run organization, open to anyone with a keen desire to safely participate in high power or model rocketry. High power rocketry has grown quickly in popularity, and the CAR-ACF and its affiliate clubs are hosting high power events on a routine basis.
